Avec iNOTE DE FRAIS, les images et fichiers PDF sont analysés automatiquement grâce à la reconnaissance OCR. Le logiciel extrait les données nécessaires à la création des factures d’achat, répartit les différents taux de TVA et permet d’ajouter des catégories, des commentaires ou des lignes complémentaires. Les dépenses validées sont ensuite intégrées directement dans les factures d’achat d’iGESTCOM.
